“My fruit is better than gold, even pure gold” “My fruit is better than gold, even pure gold”(Proverbs 8:19) It is “bon ton” these days to view affluence negatively by claiming there are higher values. True as that may be, a certain level of wealth, and the personal responsibility to reach it, should not be scorned but celebrated. Without it even the mere contemplation of those other values would be hard if not impossible.
